I am an accomplished and qualified immigration attorney based in Chicago, IL. I believe that everyone should have the opportunity to live and work where they choose, and am committed to helping individuals navigate the complex U.S. immigration system. I have extensive experience with family-based and humanitarian visas, removal defense, representation of detained individuals, and federal litigation. I also handle various employment based cases. I am currently licesned to practice law in Illinois, the Federal District Court for the District of Connecticut, the Second Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. I am a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and serve on their Natioanl Amicus Committee. Additionally, I am a member of the National Lawyers Guild, and serve as Editor in Chief of the National Lawyers Guild Review.
