Practice areas include: Craig Mitnick received his BBA in finance from Emory University (Atlanta, Georgia) and subsequently received his Juris Doctor from the George Washington University School of Law (Washington DC). Mitnick began his career as an Assistant Prosecutor in two separate counties in the state of New Jersey. During the same time period, he also acted as a certified instructor of law and procedure at two countywide police academies. In January 1995 Mitnick created Mitnick Law Office. The firm specializes in litigation and trial related matters. In 2003, Mitnick was contracted by Fox News Channel and multiple Fox affiliate stations as an on-air legal analyst. Mitnick was hired to provide commentary on topics ranging from Supreme Court decisions and presidential addresses to high profile trials and other timely legal issues. In 2005, Mitnick was additionally contracted by “Fox News Radio” and “CBS Radio”. Mitnick currently represents over 1,000 retired NFL players who have each filed suit against the National Football League for brain related “concussion” injuries. The multi-district litigation is currently pending before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
