About

I provide clients with legal guidance on environmental and real estate matters. From assisting with contaminated properties, enforcement and remediation actions, and natural resource damage claims to issues of eminent domain, I draw upon my years of experience to help clients navigate complex and complicated matters. My clients include owners, purchasers, and sellers of contaminated properties who need assistance with cleanup and remediation, as well as counseling on local, state, and federal compliance. I also help energy and natural resource clients with a variety of real estate issues, including easements and condemnation. I’ve worked on large-scale energy projects, including power generation and transmission facilities in the Pacific Northwest.
