Dr. Martin was born in Richmond, Virginia. He attended Liberty University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business. After college, he worked for ten years at Capital One Financial where he managed a division of six hundred employees in Richmond, Fredericksburg, and Tampa, FL. He earned his J.D. at Liberty University School of Law where he graduated Cum Laude. After law school, he worked as a civil litigator in the nursing home industry where he represented the elderly in court. His experience includes civil litigation, criminal defense, wills, trusts, and estates, Medicare disputes, and adoption law. Dr. Martin is married to Peyton Martin and they have four children and live in Lynchburg.
