About
My journey to become an attorney is different than most. I have been a practicing attorney since 2010. Prior to that, I worked as a legal assistant for 34 years. I have a general practice. That includes helping people plan for the future by doing wills/trusts, living wills and health care powers of attorney, and financial powers of attorney. When a loved one dies, I assist families with the probate of their estates. There are still a lot of families struggling to make ends meet, and I work with those families by determining if a Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 bankruptcy would be beneficial. Other areas of practice include dissolution of marriage, guardianships, name changes, adoption, and traffic tickets. I make an effort to treat every client with the respect and dignity they deserve. My staff includes Kim Pollock and Leta Feasby. They have many years of experience and are a great asset to my practice.
