Ms. Tsai is devoted to defending individuals’ constitutional rights and handles civil rights cases involving wrongful convictions, police brutality, and illegal searches. She also litigates class actions on behalf of people whose rights were violated while detained at various police stations and county jails throughout the country. Ms. Tsai is experienced in all phases of litigation, and has won many motion hearings and successfully obtained favorable verdicts and settlements on behalf of her clients. Ms. Tsai graduated from Loyola University Chicago in 2007 with dual graduate degrees in law (J.D.) and business administration (M.B.A.). During law school, she served as Executive Editor of the Loyola University Chicago Law Journal, and represented the school in the regional and national Thomas Tang Moot Court Competition. She also served as an officer of the school’s chapter of Phi Delta Phi and the Asian Pacific American Law School Association, and was an active member of the Public Interest Law Society. Prior to law school, Ms. Tsai worked in the advertising industry in Chicago.
