Christopher Santino Inglese is a seasoned attorney based in Charleston, SC, specializing in estate planning, personal injury, real estate, and real estate transactions. With over two decades of diverse experience, Christopher has built a robust career that seamlessly blends law, local government, and urban planning. Christopher's journey began in 1999, when he immersed himself in residential renovation and property management. His extensive background includes nine years as a city planner for the Historic City of Charleston, where he honed his expertise in land use planning, zoning, and government compliance. His invaluable experience extends to the City of Los Angeles Attorney’s office and a significant tenure as Executive Director of a local non-profit organization, demonstrating his commitment to community development. A proud graduate of the Charleston School of Law, Christopher earned his degree Cum Laude in 2011, receiving two academic achievement awards and accolades for his outstanding pro bono contributions. During his time in law school, he served as a Planner for the City of Charleston’s Department of Planning, Preservation & Sustainability and obtained a national planning certificate from the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP). Since November 2011, Christopher has dedicated his practice to local government law, commercial real estate transactions, business law, and personal injury cases. He is actively involved in the legal community as a member of the South Carolina Bar and the Charleston County Bar, as well as professional organizations such as the American Planning Association and the South Carolina Chapter of the APA. Additionally, Christopher contributes to local governance as a member of the Charleston County Community Development Advisory Board and the Planning & Zoning Committee for the Preservation Society.
