Christine Hinrichs focuses her practice on medical malpractice defense and appeals. Christine successfully represents and counsels healthcare facilities and healthcare providers on matters ranging from the defense of claims under the Minnesota Health Records Act to navigating complex healthcare appeals. Christine is active in the Minnesota State Bar Association’s Health Law and Appellate Practice sections and speaks on healthcare professional liability topics. Notably, Christine was named to the 2015 Rising Stars list, published by SuperLawyers. Prior to joining Bassford Remele, Christine handled appeals as a staff attorney for the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development. She also clerked at the Minnesota Court of Appeals for the Honorable Michelle A. Larkin and the Honorable Jill Flaskamp Halbrooks. Christine graduated summa cum laude from William Mitchell College of Law, where she served as Executive Editor of the Journal of the National Security Forum, and the Assistant Editor ofLaw Review. Christine received her undergraduate degree in political science and management studies from St. Olaf College.
