Chet has represented both businesses and individuals in commercial litigation matters involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, tortious interference, unfair competition, theft of trade secrets, and consumer fraud claims. His bankruptcy litigation experience includes representing creditors in preference and fraudulent transfer actions, non-dischargeability proceedings, and contested matters involving proofs of claim.
