Cheryl A. O’Brien is an accomplished attorney at The Law Offices of Kathleen Shannon Glancy, P.A. in Wilmington, North Carolina, specializing in personal injury law and social security disability claims. She earned her undergraduate degree from The Pennsylvania State University in 1989 and subsequently obtained her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Western New England College School of Law in 1993.
