Originally hailing from Alliance, Nebraska, Chuck relocated to Lincoln during his senior year of high school. He pursued higher education at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism with a focus on Broadcasting in December 2008. During his college years, he showcased his talent for storytelling by providing play-by-play commentary for high school football games throughout the Lincoln area. Chuck’s legal journey continued at the University of Nebraska College of Law, where he enrolled in 2009. His academic pursuits were enriched by a summer study abroad at Cambridge University in England after his first year. As a law student, he demonstrated leadership as the president of the Nebraska Entertainment and Sports Law Association and honed his advocacy skills as a member of the Nebraska Moot Court Board. He graduated with distinction, receiving his Juris Doctorate in December 2011. Outside of his professional commitments, Chuck enjoys traveling, attending sporting events, and reading. His diverse interests and experiences inform his legal practice, allowing him to connect with clients on a personal level while providing expert guidance in personal injury law.
