Attorney Charles (Chase) J. Barber is a dedicated personal injury lawyer based in Mobile, Alabama, with a passion for advocating on behalf of clients who have suffered due to negligence and wrongdoing. A proud native of Mobile, Chase has deep roots in the community, having graduated from St. Paul’s Episcopal School in 2008, where he was recently honored with induction into the Athletic Hall of Fame. Chase pursued higher education at Delta State University in Cleveland, Mississippi, where he not only excelled academically but also showcased his athletic talent as a recruited baseball player. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science Education in 2012 and was active in several honor societies, including Pi Gamma Mu and Phi Alpha Theta. After graduation, he shared his love for history as a teacher at George County High School and Middle School in Lucedale, Mississippi. However, his passion for law ultimately led him to Faulkner University’s Thomas Goode Jones School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctorate in 2016. While in law school, Chase distinguished himself as a Senior Editor for the Faulkner Law Review and participated actively on the Trial Advocacy Team. His experience was further enriched by internships with the Alabama Department of Revenue and a clerkship under Chief Judge William Sawyer of the Middle District of Alabama. Following his bar admission, he gained invaluable experience at Beasley Allen Law Firm, one of the nation’s leading plaintiffs firms, before establishing his own practice in downtown Mobile.
