Charles "Chas" E. Morton blends a busy legal career with civic and athletic pursuits. Focusing on real estate, probate, and corporate law, he launched PN+M Law in 2001 after practicing at Berry & Oglesby in Franklin. A former All American at BGA and Stanford, Chas played a key role in Stanford’s 1993 NCAA swimming championship and still swims with Ensworth’s masters program—albeit more slowly. Off the clock he enjoys golf and cooking. He and his wife, Christa, raise their twins in Franklin, and Chas represents the Ninth District of Williamson County as a County Commissioner.
