About
Chamber A. Dorheim is a seasoned family law attorney based in Gresham, Oregon, with over 13 years of dedicated experience. Passionate about navigating the complexities of family law, Chamber thrives on the diverse challenges each case presents. Whether she’s crafting a sustainable parenting plan for children or finding innovative solutions to intricate financial disputes, her commitment to her clients is unwavering. At Gresham Family & Bankruptcy Law, where she has been a vital member since June 2019, Chamber specializes in a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, separation, child custody, restraining orders, and modifications of support and visitation. Her journey in law began as a judicial clerk for Judge Maureen McKnight at the Multnomah County Family Court, where she honed her understanding of family dynamics and legal procedures. This foundational experience paved the way for her subsequent roles at St. Andrew Legal Clinic and Kivel & Howard law firm, where she developed a reputation for her empathetic approach and strategic thinking. Chamber’s deep connections within the family law community, along with her experience in both courtroom settings and private practice, allow her to advocate effectively for her clients’ best interests. She is particularly mindful of the cost-effectiveness of legal strategies, a perspective she gained from her time at legal clinics. This insight enables her to provide not only compassionate support but also practical solutions that resonate with families facing tough decisions. Outside of her professional commitments, Chamber enjoys a vibrant life in Portland with her family. She finds joy in playing the cello and piano, trail running through Oregon’s scenic landscapes, and baking delightful treats. With her expertise and holistic approach, Chamber A.
