Carmine Perri is a highly respected attorney specializing in probate law, with a focus on elder law, estate litigation, and nursing facility collection matters. With nearly two decades of experience since his admission to the Connecticut Bar in 2005, Carmine has built a reputation for fiercely protecting the rights of his clients against financial exploitation and elder abuse. His extensive knowledge of Medicaid regulations enables him to effectively advocate for clients in complex Medicaid cases. Carmine has represented individuals both nationally and internationally, successfully arguing cases before the Connecticut Supreme Court and the Connecticut Appellate Court, as well as at various trial and probate court levels throughout the state. Among his notable achievements, he secured a landmark decision from the Connecticut Supreme Court in February 2018, which favored his clients in a significant challenge against the Commissioner of Social Services regarding spousal support orders. A dedicated member of the legal community, Carmine is affiliated with the Connecticut Bar Association Elder Law Section and the Connecticut Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.
