Ms. Ford’s career also includes five years as a senior compliance leader with Walmart Stores, Inc., where she led the company’s field-based team of environmental compliance managers. Her team was charged with supporting associates’ proper execution of the company’s U.S. environmental compliance programs in more than 300 California Walmart stores, Sam’s Clubs, and distribution centers.
