THE DIMEFF LAW OFFICE, LLP is a full service estate planning practice. There are three lawyers in the firm. It emphasizes many varied services. These matters include not only the drafting of Wills, Living Trusts, Special Needs Trusts, Irrevocable Life Insurance Trusts and Charitable Trusts, but also planning for disability, estate and gift tax planning, fiduciary tax administration, contested estate and planning matters, Medicaid/Medi-Cal, long-term care issues, and retirement benefits. Additionally, there are experienced litigators on staff in the fields of ERISA litigation and complex mass tort litigation. Mr. Dimeff is a nationally recognized speaker on Estate Planning, Tax Planning & Asset Protection, and is the senior partner in the Dimeff Law Office. He has been quoted in, and interviewed by, the Wall Street Journal. He is a member of the Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law Section of the State Bar of California, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, and the American Bar Association Real Property, Probate and Trust Section. Additionally, he has served on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Financial and Estate Planning, and gives continuing education to lawyers, CPAs and real estate professionals. He has served as an expert witness in matters including professional estate planning malpractice. The firm currently represents over 6000 clients.
