Carl F. “Trey” Cooper, III, is an associate with the firm. Trey’s practice areas include general litigation, insurance defense, domestic relations, and bankruptcy (creditors’ rights). Trey was admitted to the Arkansas bar in 2007 after graduating from the University of Arkansas-Little Rock’s Bowen School of Law. He is a member of the American, Arkansas, and Pulaski County Bar Associations and currently serves on the Mock Trial Committee of the Arkansas Bar Association. He is the co-editor for the “Arkansas Traveler” column appearing in the Young Lawyer Section’s online publication, InBrief. Trey is a member of the Young Lawyers Association, as well as the American Bankruptcy Institute. Trey is a 2014 graduate of the Arkansas Leadership Academy. Trey and his wife, Mary, live in Little Rock and have two sons – Cross and Jax. When not at work, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing soccer, and duck hunting.
