Candice Yasmine Farha is a dedicated Associate Attorney at the Penner Lowe Law Group LLC, located in the heart of Kansas. With a robust educational foundation, she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Strategic Communications from The University of Kansas, followed by her Juris Doctorate from the Washburn University School of Law. Ms. Farha’s legal journey is marked by a commitment to advocating for those in need. Early in her career, she served as a staff attorney for legal aid, where she passionately represented indigent and elderly clients in complex family law matters. This experience honed her skills in handling sensitive cases, particularly those involving protection from abuse and stalking. Additionally, her role as a public defender equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of criminal law, as she represented clients across a diverse spectrum of cases, including traffic violations, misdemeanors, and felonies. Transitioning to employment law, Ms. Farha joined one of the nation’s largest firms, where she navigated a wide array of legal challenges, including employment litigation, workers’ compensation, and personal injury. Notably, she was a key member of a top-ranked cyber-security breach response team, guiding clients through the complexities and pressures of data breaches with clarity and confidence. Since joining Penner Lowe Law Group in March 2020, Ms. Farha has expanded her practice to encompass Family Law, Criminal Defense, Personal Injury, Workers Compensation, Employment Law, Data Privacy, and Juvenile Law. Her unique perspective, shaped by her upbringing in Lebanon and her fluency in Arabic and French, enriches her approach to conflict resolution. Beyond her professional endeavors, Ms. Farha is an active member of the Wichita legal community alongside her husband.
