She also gained valuable experience as General Counsel for CommerceNet and Perfect Commerce, Inc. Earlier in her career, she honed her skills at Gunderson Dettmer, focusing on corporate partnering and technology transactions. Ms. Laughlin earned her J.D. cum laude from the University of San Francisco, where she was an active member of the Law Review.
