About

Since being admitted to the Montana Bar in 2004, Caleb has devoted his career to trial practice. Through his tenure as a criminal prosecutor for the Flathead County Attorneys’ Office and the City of Whitefish, he has amassed the experience to effectively and aggressively defend your constitutional and statutory rights. He advises the accused to always plead not guilty and allow an experienced attorney to analyze your case to make sure the government followed the rules. The government’s errors, along with other mitigating factors, such as the unveiling of unreliable witnesses, may lead to a reduced charge, a not guilty verdict at trial, or an absolute dismissal prior to trial. DUI is Caleb's specialty. Trust him. Trust a Jury of your peers. Caleb is experienced in the area of Personal Injury. In order to maximize your monetary recovery and ensure that your medical bills and lost wages are paid during the pendency of your case, you need Caleb to aggressively work your case and prepare it for trial. Insurance companies simply will not offer a reasonable settlement unless a lawsuit is filed and the matter is set for trial. Domestic relations, or family law, in Montana is multifaceted.
