Brien began working at Strong & Hanni in 2021 as a clerk during law school. He is a transactional attorney focused on business, contracts, and trademarks. He assists businesses and their owners with setting up new business entities, meeting everyday legal needs, drafting and negotiating customized contracts, and managing trademark portfolios. He loves his job. The most rewarding aspect is negotiating and finalizing deals, contracts, and trademarks that benefit and protect his clients. Brien grew up in Sandy, Utah and attended Brigham Young University where he received his bachelor’s degree. He moved south to attend law school at the University of Arizona on a full-tuition scholarship before returning home to the Salt Lake Valley. Brien is a husband and father. His wife (Emma) and three sons (Will, Luke, and Adam) are the most important and meaningful part of his life. He loves living near the Wasatch Mountains and spending time outdoors running, hiking, and swimming. He also enjoys reading, playing the piano, and cheering for the Utah Jazz.
