About

Brice M. Bratcher graduated cum laude from the distinguished North Carolina Central University School of Law’s evening program. He worked as a leader in student government, representing his class on the Student Bar Association for two years. He was a two time member of the university’s moot court team and participated in the Saul Lefkowitz Intellectual Property Moot Court Competition. In this capacity, he did the bulk of the research and writing for a team that won first place overall and first place for best brief at the Regional Semifinal held in Atlanta, GA. The same brief won second place nationally at a competition held in Washington, D.C. Mr. Bratcher also participated in the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office Pilot Clinic at North Carolina Central University. In addition to his academic achievements, Mr. Bratcher managed N.C. Sen. Doug Berger’s office for two years while in law school and managed Mediation, Inc., a prominent firm that handles court ordered mediations on the state and federal levels. Prior to law school, Mr. Bratcher worked three years as a department manager at the Howard, Stallings, From, & Hutson law firm. Mr. Bratcher‘s practice focuses on employment law, business formation and transactions, and intellectual property, as well as other general areas of practice. Mr. Bratcher is licensed to pratice in the State of North Carolina. In addition to his professional pursuits, Mr. Bratcher enjoys spending time with his wife and four children. Mr. Bratcher is also an avid college basketball fan.
