I am a native of Bentonville, Arkansas. I graduated from Bentonville High School in 1989, received my Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from the University of Central Arkansas in 1993, and received my juris doctor degree from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville in 1996. I have practiced law in Bentonville, Arkansas since 1996. I have significant experience in the areas of family law (divorce, custody, child support, visitation, etc.), business and commercial litigation, business planning and formation, real estate transactions and litigation (including landlord/tenant disputes), personal injury, criminal law (misdemeanors and felonies), and a variety of other areas. I am licensed to practice in all Arkansas state and federal courts, as well as the United States Circuit Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
