Brian Patrick Keller is an accomplished attorney based in Chicago, specializing in Employment Law, Personal Injury, Probate, Real Estate, and Tax. His practical experience includes volunteering at The John Marshall Law School VITA Tax Clinic and serving as an intern for the Kankakee County State’s Attorney’s Office, where he successfully prosecuted several bench trials and a felony theft jury trial. Since joining Friedman Maguire & Carey, Mr. Keller has developed a robust practice, adeptly handling residential real estate closings, civil litigation related to real estate, and complex probate disputes. He is also well-versed in employment and personnel law, contract negotiations, mechanic's liens, FOIA litigation, and shareholder disputes. As an active member of the American Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, the Chicago Bar Association, and the Kankakee County Bar Association, Mr. Keller is dedicated to providing exceptional legal representation and advocacy for his clients in Chicago and beyond.
