An active participant in the legal community, Mr. Eagan chairs the Probate and Trust Section of the Nevada State Bar’s committee focused on revising the probate rules for the Eighth Judicial District Court. His contributions extend beyond his law practice; he has served on the executive committee of the LGBT Law Section for the Nevada State Bar, the Board of Directors for NevadaGIVES, and the Las Vegas Steering Committee of the Human Rights Campaign. Additionally, he is a graduate of the Leadership Las Vegas program through the Las Vegas Metro Chamber of Commerce.
