He graduated from Navy Officer Candidate School in Pensacola, FL, and served with distinction in several active duty assignments, including the U.S. Naval Mobile Construction Battalion FOUR in Port Hueneme, CA, the Multi-National Force in Baghdad, Iraq, and the Special Boat Team TWENTY in Little Creek, VA. It was during his last tour in Virginia that he met his wife, a proud Maryland native. After concluding his military career, Brian relocated to Manhattan to pursue his legal education at Columbia Law School. He has held significant roles within the U.S. Department of Justice and at prestigious firms such as Jones Day and General Electric Company. Additionally, Brian has contributed to the academic community as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Case Western Reserve University, sharing his insights and knowledge with aspiring legal professionals. Now based in Cleveland, OH, at Mulhall Zion LLC, Brian is committed to providing exceptional legal services to clients in Ohio and Maryland.
