Previously, in Reading, he made significant contributions as a Town Meeting Member and served on multiple school councils, including the Joshua Eaton, Parker Middle School, and RMHS School Councils. For over five years, he chaired the Reading Council on Aging, advocating for the needs of seniors in the community. Beyond his professional accomplishments, Attorney Snell remains dedicated to pro bono work, serving as legal counsel for the Reading Knights of Columbus and supporting the Reading Coalition for Prevention and Support. His involvement in establishing a Dementia Friendly Reading reflects his commitment to enhancing the lives of residents facing cognitive challenges. Outside of his legal practice, Attorney Snell cherishes time spent with his wife, Linda, and their three daughters—Kate, Caroline, and Tricia. In 2021, he embraced the joyful role of grandfather, welcoming granddaughter Maggie, followed by Rosie in 2023, adding even more love to their family circle.
