About
Kline serves as the Firm’s Managing Partner. He has extensive experience assisting governmental and non-profit entities financing capital projects of all sizes. Kline also represents large institutional banks as purchaser’s counsel in the purchase of tax-exempt and taxable debt. Kline has given several presentations on public finance topics and also co-chaired a panel with Wells Fargo Securities, LLC at the Colorado Non-Profit Association Conference discussing the process by which non-profit entities obtain tax-exempt financing.. In 2012, Governor John Hickenlooper appointed Kline to the Board of Directors of the Colorado Educational and Cultural Facilities Authority. He is also a Board of Director of the Foundation of the Denver Fire Department and is a member of the Colorado Municipal Bond Dealers Association, and the America Israeli Political Action Committee (AIPAC). Kline received his law degree as well as a Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of Denver, College of Law. He holds an undergraduate degree in finance (cum laude) from the University of Colorado at Boulder. In addition to representing large institutional banks and broker dealers, Kline also represents Palo Alto, Inc. a Colorado corporation which owns over 250 quick service restaurants and is general counsel to Kline & Associates, Inc., a family owned brokerage firm.
