Branden S. Vilos, a native of the Big Horn Basin, is uniquely attuned to the legal concerns of northern Wyoming. Before founding his firm in Cody, Mr. Vilos held numerous legal positions, including Deputy County & Prosecuting Attorney in Park County and a general practice attorney in Thermopolis. His varied legal roles have encompassed representing governmental entities, businesses, and individuals in areas like tax and contract disputes, as well as criminal prosecutions. Appointed by two state governors, Mr. Vilos served indigent clients in criminal defense as a Senior Assistant Public Defender—a testament to his unique skills in the field. His early career as an Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technical Advisor, informed by his military service, underscores a background in high-stakes problem solving. When not practicing law, Mr. Vilos cherishes family moments and outdoor pursuits in the mountains. His professional affiliations include the Wyoming Trial Lawyers Association, marking his dedication to providing resolute legal representation for his clients.
