I have been winning personal injury and insurance cases for my clients for over 30 years. I am successful not only because I win, but because I care about, listen, relate to, and treat my client's with respect whatever path they walk in life. I use knowledge, skill, perseverance combined with great advocacy to facilitate each client's maximum rehabilitation and recovery, and to obtain the highest financial compensation for them. The years of defense law practice experience early in my career allow me to anticipate and defeat the defendant's insurance companies’ strategies. I provide excellent representation in all aspects of my client's cases from the first meeting to the successful conclusion in negotiation, mediation, arbitration hearing or trial. I give back to the community by working with non-profit and plaintiff attorney organizations, and through charitable donations. When not working for my clients, I enjoy throwing boomerangs as an elite level national and international competitor. I am a rock hounder, gardener, Mariner, Husky Tyee, Storm and live music fan.
