Patrick graduated from Hendrix College in 2003 with a double major in Business and Economics and in Computer Science and Mathematics. In 2007 he received his Juris Doctor with Honors from Bowen School of Law in Little Rock. He was a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for 2 years, where he learned Trial Practice, and then went on to represent injured Railroad workers for several years before returning to represent Arkansans in general personal injury cases. He has tried lawsuits in 5 states, in both state and federal courts, and appeared in front of Administrative Law Judges and the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals.
