In 1991, Benjamin moved to Connecticut, acclimating to American life for two years before relocating to Lynnwood, Washington. He completed his high school education at Meadowdale High School and attended Edmonds Community College through the Running Start program. At just 17, he began his academic journey at the University of Washington, where he earned his Bachelor's Degree. After gaining valuable experience working for the City of Seattle and a prominent downtown law firm, Benjamin decided to pursue a career in law. He attended Santa Clara University School of Law, where he distinguished himself as an editor for the Law Review and excelled in moot court competitions. Following his graduation in 2005 and subsequent admission to the Washington State Bar, he served as a law clerk for the Hon. James H. Allendoerfer at the Snohomish County Superior Court for two years. In 2008, Benjamin established his own practice in downtown Everett, firmly planting his roots in Snohomish County.
