Ashley Mae Opfer is an accomplished attorney at Stowell P.C. in Lone Tree, Colorado, specializing in estate planning and personal injury law. She earned her undergraduate degree in Theatre and Dance Education from Luther College in Decorah, Iowa, in 2008. During her student teaching experience in Minneapolis, she recognized the challenges her students faced with legal issues, which inspired her to pursue a career in law to better advocate for children and families. In May 2012, Ashley received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law, and was admitted to practice law in Colorado the same year. While in law school, she developed her advocacy and litigation skills as a member of the National Trial Team. Prior to joining Stowell P.C. in November 2012, Ashley refined her legal research and writing abilities as a clerk for the Honorable Robert McGahey in the 2nd Judicial District and gained practical experience as a domestic relations intern in Littleton, Colorado. With a deep commitment to guiding families through the legal system, Ashley has dedicated her career to helping clients navigate complex legal matters. Outside of her legal practice, she enjoys spending time with her husband and son, along with their Sheltie. Ashley is also an avid outdoor enthusiast, participating in snowboarding, swimming, camping, and biking.
