Arnulfo D. Hernández is the managing partner of Hernández & Associates, P.C., the largest immigration law firm in Denver. At the core of Arnulfo’s legal practice is his mission to provide an effective and aggressive representation to the clients he serves. As a Colorado criminal defense lawyer, Arnulfo helps those who have been accused of a crime. He is also an immigration lawyer assisting those that face immigration removal proceedings. Arnulfo’s practice is approximately 80 percent criminal defense and his criminal law practice includes the defense of all Colorado misdemeanors, felonies, and white-collar crimes. He regularly represents clients accused of assault, child abuse, DUI, drug charges, fraud, sex assault, and traffic violations. Arnulfo’s immigration defense practice is full-service representing clients in all aspects of immigration law including trial and appeals. Arnulfo also practices “crimmigration” which is the blend of immigration defense and criminal defense. Arnulfo is a leader in the Colorado legal community. He is the current President of Region XIII of the Hispanic National Bar Association covering Colorado, Kansas, Nebraska, and Wyoming. He also served as President of the Colorado Hispanic Bar Association in 2016. For the past two years, he served as Chair of the National Hispanic Bar Association Immigration Committee. He provides pro bono representation to the Colorado Lawyers Committee and Metro Volunteer Lawyers. Arnulfo’s awards include 5280 Magazine’s list of Denver’s Top Lawyers in 2017 and 2018 and the Latino Leader’s Magazine’s Top Latino Lawyer award in 2016 and 2017. He was also named to the Rising Stars list published by Colorado Super Lawyer Magazine in 2014-2016.
