Anthony Paesano specializes in commercial, construction and securities litigation. He is licensed to practice before the United States District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan, and all Michigan state courts and administrative tribunals. He is a member of the American Society of Employers and is on the Defense Research Institute's Commercial Law, Construction Law and Lawyers' Professionalism and Ethics Committees. A graduate of Purdue University and the University of Detroit Mercy Law School, Anthony also arbitrates securities-related matters before the National Association of Securities Dealers and the Securities and Exchange Commission. He is an experienced liaison for clients with the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Michigan Attorney General’s Office in securities-related fraud matters, and has experience guiding client-creditors through bankruptcy proceedings.
