Anthony John Fabian is a distinguished attorney based in Castle Rock, Colorado, with a rich background that uniquely informs his legal practice. His extensive knowledge of the law is complemented by his role as an instructor at the Community College of Aurora Police Academy, where he has been teaching critical legal concepts, including Search and Seizure law and Courtroom Testimony, since 1998. An advocate for firearms rights, Tony is a life member of the National Rifle Association and the Second Amendment Foundation. He has served as president of the Colorado State Shooting Association since 2001, where he played a pivotal role in enacting significant firearms legislation in 2003. In addition to his legal practice, Tony shares his expertise through his legal column, “The Hired Gun—Firearms and the Law,” featured in the Colorado State Shooting Association magazine.
