Angelique P. Kane is a seasoned attorney with nearly three decades of legal experience, specializing in Adoption, Business Litigation, Estate Planning, General Practice, and Probate law. Since beginning her legal career in 1995, Angel has built a reputable practice focused on delivering compassionate and effective legal solutions to her clients in Wilson County, TN. A graduate of the University of Memphis, where she contributed to the Law Review and served as a judicial law clerk for Chancery Court, Angel began her professional journey at Crislip, Philip & Associates, where she honed her skills in family law, creditor’s rights, and business litigation. In 1998, she returned to her hometown to join Rochelle, McCulloch & Aulds, and later co-founded McBrien and Kane in 2005, where her focus shifted to family law, estate planning, and business law. Angel has successfully managed a wide array of cases, including divorce, custody arrangements, adoption, wills, powers of attorney, and business formation. An active member of the 15th Judicial District Bar Association, Angel is also a graduate of Leadership Wilson. In addition to her legal practice, she co-founded Wilson Living Magazine, LLC, which engages over 50,000 readers bi-monthly, and produces the popular Wilson Living Holiday Expo. Her community involvement extends to her role as a part-time Municipal Judge, appointed in 2014, and as a member of the Lebanon Planning Commission since 2016. Outside of her professional commitments, Angel is dedicated to her family and attends First United Methodist Church with her husband and three children.
