Andrew T. Nef is the founding attorney of Nef Estate Planning Services, located in Rocklin, California. With a dedicated focus on estate planning, personal injury, and probate law, Andrew is committed to helping clients establish and manage their personal legacies. He is an active member of the Sacramento County Bar Association and the California Lawyer’s Association, reflecting his commitment to the legal profession. From a young age, Andrew aspired to become an attorney, famously dressing as one for Halloween at the age of eight. He grew up in Fresno, California, where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from California State University, Fresno. His passion for law deepened during his studies at the University of the Pacific – McGeorge School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor degree with a concentration in Business Law. It was here that he discovered his true calling: assisting individuals in creating thoughtful, well-executed estate plans that ensure their wishes are honored. Outside of his legal practice, Andrew cherishes time spent with his wife and their four young children. He enjoys playing disc golf and is an avid reader, always seeking to expand his knowledge and interests.
