About
Andrew Solarski has practiced exclusively immigration law for approximately five years. His practice includes primarily family and business immigration, including PERM, I-140s, I-130's, employment-based and non-employment adjustment of status and employment-based nonimmigrant status types (E-2, H-1B, L-1, and TN). Andrew Solarski earned his law degree from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law in 2014. In 2014, Mr. Solarski was named a Law Student for Justice by the Tennessee Supreme Court's Access to Justice Commission. After his first year of law school, Mr. Solarski served as an intern to the Immigration Court in New Orleans, LA under Judge W. Stogner. During his second year of law school, Mr. Solarski served as the coordinator for his law school's Alternative Spring Break program which saw law students from all across the country perform pro bono work for those most in need in the Memphis area. After his second year of law school Mr. Solarski served as a law clerk for the immigration firm of Ware-Gasparian in New Orleans, LA. Mr. Solarski was also a member of the Moot Court Board and the International Law Moot Court Team at the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law. Mr. Solarski is currently a member of the Texas Bar, Immigration and Naturalization Section of the Texas Bar, and the American Immigration Lawyers Association ("AILA").
