About

I represent management in employment litigation and provide advice in employment matters. I have worked with government entities, businesses of all sizes, and non-profit organizations. I draft and update workplace policies and employee handbooks, provide workplace training, and advise clients on employment issues when they arise. I also represent clients before state and federal administrative agencies and in state and federal court proceedings. I am Chair of the American Bar Association (ABA) Young Lawyers Division, the Oregon State Bar's Young Lawyer Delegate to the ABA House of Delegates, and a Life Fellow of the American Bar Foundation. Locally, I sit on the Multnomah Bar Association Board of Directors, act as its Liaison to the Judicial Screening Committee, and am a past President of its Young Lawyer Section. I also serve as Chair of the Board of Directors of the Hollywood Theatre and NWEEO/Affirmative Action Association. I am certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the Human Resources Certification Institute and am admitted to practice law in Oregon and Washington state and federal courts.
