Andrew K. Mitnick is a seasoned attorney with nearly two decades of experience dedicated to advocating for victims of medical malpractice, nursing home abuse, and complex litigation matters resulting in catastrophic injuries. Based in Pennsylvania, Mr. Mitnick's expertise extends across state lines, allowing him to represent clients in New Jersey and other jurisdictions, including Florida, Illinois, New York, and Ohio, through pro hac vice admissions. As a key member of Feldman, Shepherd, Wohlgelernter, Tanner, Weinstock & Dodig, Andrew has consistently demonstrated his commitment to securing justice for his clients. Notably, he served as co-counsel in a groundbreaking $12 million settlement for a family impacted by the negligence of medical professionals during a child’s critical early days.
