Andrew Ferguson was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. After attending St. Xavier High School, Andrew completed his Bachelor of Science in Business Degree at Miami University. Andrew then obtained his JD at Salmon P. Chase College of Law. In his free time, Andrew volunteers as the Assistant Hockey Coach for the University of Cincinnati. He is a resident of Mt. Lookout, in Cincinnati.
