I represent clients who have been injured by the negligence of someone else either in a car accident, bike accident, motorcycle accident, or by some other negligent act. You need someone who is going to stand up to the insurance companies and demand what is rightfully yours. If you do not bring a case, you are only saving the insurance company money and not saving the defendant any money, as their rates are going up no matter if you bring a personal injury claim for damages or not.
