He joined Marquis Aurbach as a Law Clerk and quickly advanced to the position of associate in 2024 after successfully passing the Nevada Bar Exam. A proud graduate of the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, Andrew brings a strong legal foundation to his practice. This hands-on experience equipped him with valuable insights into the complexities of these fields. Johnson in the Eighth Judicial District Court, he delved into business court and civil cases. His internship with the Honorable Chief Judge Jerry A. Weiss provided him with a broad perspective on both civil and criminal matters, including specialty courts. Outside of his legal practice, Andrew enjoys spending quality time with family and friends. His hobbies include snowboarding, basketball, shooting, and exploring the open road in his car, as well as traveling to visit loved ones. With a passion for law and a commitment to his community, Andrew D. Yates is poised to make a significant impact in the fields of healthcare and real estate law in Las Vegas.
