Andrea Gale Farmer is a dedicated attorney serving the Rutherford County community since 2004. Originally from Tulsa, Oklahoma, she made Rutherford County her home in 1996. Andrea began her higher education at Isothermal Community College before transferring to Wofford College, where she earned dual degrees: a B.S. in Business Economics and a B.A. in Government in 2000. Her passion for law led her to the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill, where she completed her Juris Doctor in 2004. Admitted to practice law in North Carolina in 2004 and in South Carolina a year later, Andrea has focused her practice predominantly on Social Security disability law. In recognition of her expertise, she became a Board Certified Specialist in this field by the North Carolina State Bar in 2013. Andrea is deeply committed to advocating for individuals with disabilities, helping them navigate the complexities of the system to secure the benefits they deserve. In addition to her primary focus on Social Security disability, Andrea also handles estate administration and special proceedings, offering comprehensive legal support to her clients. Her approach combines a strong legal acumen with genuine compassion, as she strives to bring hope and assistance to those in need. Outside of her professional life, Andrea is married to Joshua B. Farmer, and together they are proud parents to their son, Thomas Bradley Farmer.
