Originally from Louisiana, Andrea McCurdy attended the University of Arkansas graduating with a degree in Public Administration. She later returned to The U of A for law school where she was elected to Honors Council, served in the Peer Mentor Program, and was a member of the ABA, Christian Legal Society, and the Delta Theta Phi Legal Fraternity. Andrea also was awarded Best Oralist for her first year oral argument. As a participant in the Benjamin J. Altheimer Moot Court Competition, Andrea and her partner were awarded Best Brief. Outside of the classroom, Andrea served as an extern to Circuit Court Judge, Kim Smith, and also clerked for two law firms. Andrea focuses her practice in the areas of family and civil legal issues, as well as limited criminal defense. Andrea's passion for helping individuals and families through difficult times shines through in her work. Andrea has a heart for families and realizes that divorce is not always the best answer. Andrea is most happy when she is able to help her clients and their families mend their troubles and move forward into their future together, as a family.
