Attorney Amy Nett has been practicing estate planning law for over 15 years. In 1997, she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English from San Diego State University. Mrs. Nett received her Juris Doctorate Cum Laude in 2000 from California Western School of Law. Mrs. Nett has memberships in the Riverside County and San Bernardino County Bar Associations, as well as the National Association of Professional Women. During her practice, Mrs. Nett has spoken about estate planning at seminars, and has written numerous articles on the strategies and techniques of estate planning. Attorney Kevin Nett serves as the President of the Law Offices of Nett & Nett, P.C., where he primarily focuses on complex business, real estate and construction transactions and related litigation. Mr. Nett received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Philosophy from San Diego State University, and his Juris Doctorate from California Western School of Law. In 2006, Attorney Kevin Nett acquired his California Real Estate Broker License and founded Aven Corporation, where he serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. In addition, Attorney Kevin Nett acquired his California Class B Contractor’s License and founded Aven Construction, Inc., where he handles administration, finance, and construction management. Both Attorney Amy Nett and Attorney Kevin Nett are active members of the California State Bar and are licensed to practice before the United States District Courts for the Central and Southern Districts.
