Ms. Miller is a litigation attorney in the Seattle office of Miller Olsen PLLC. Amy focuses her practice on injury cases, including medical malpractice and bad faith actions. Amy’s approach to each case is to truly get to know her clients from the perspective of friend, confidant, as well as advocate. Amy believes that every person dealing with an injury, whether big or small, is greatly impacted and deserves justice; whether that be through settlement, mediation, arbitration or trial. Amy has compassion for each unique client situation she is presented, and represents them zealously. Prior to forming Miller Olsen PLLC, Amy worked as a professional malpractice and negligence defense attorney in the Seattle area. Having represented plaintiffs as well as working on behalf of insurance companies, Amy brings extensive trial experience, from multiple perspectives, to her clients. Amy’s compassion spreads outside of the office where she serves as a volunteer Court Appointed Special Advocate for young children in dependency disputes, as well as provides pro bono work for legal clinics in King County. Ms. Miller has taken on the role of litigation mentor to other attorneys in the firm, and will work alongside them prior to and at the time of trial.
