About
Alex Bartko is the founder of AB Law, bringing a wide array of experience from both his tenure as a former litigation partner at a prominent Atlanta law firm and as lead in-house corporate litigation counsel. Through his strategic and assertive approach, Alex has successfully navigated a broad spectrum of disputes, from pre-suit negotiations to trials and appeals. His deep insight on the legal challenges businesses face also enables him to provide legal advisory services to businesses of all sizes, helping them to navigate complex issues and minimize risk. Raised in Atlanta, Alex attended the Westminster Schools before earning his B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Georgia. He then graduated with honors from Emory University School of Law, where he was appointed to the Order of Barristers and actively participated in the Emory Moot Court Society. Alex also received several awards for excellence in his coursework. Following law school, Alex spent 11 years in private practice in Atlanta, representing clients across multiple industries. He then served as lead litigation counsel for a major corporation in Atlanta for two and a half years before founding AB Law. Along with his legal practice, Alex teaches an advanced trial techniques class at Emory Law. Alex resides in Atlanta with his wife and two children. In his leisure time, he enjoys watching the Georgia Bulldogs, reading, playing golf, and coaching his kids’ soccer teams.
